Weekend in Serbia

We have just spent a weekend in Serbia breathing some fresh mountain air and basking in the sun.

Our friends Chrissie and Vlada built this house.

Leo thought it was pretty great - 3 storeys, with plenty spots to catch a few rays.

Lots of dirt to dig - Katya showed him how it was done.

A big yard to chase the ball around in with Alek.

And trees with cool bits of moss and lichen on them.

Park Life

Leo having the time of his life today up in the park, running around with the big kids (and kind of ignoring his little friend who had come to play with him - the one in the beanie on the ground), playing on the broken see-saws and slipping around in the mud and slush left behind by the melted snow.

At least he is easy to please!

Leo was less than enthusiastic about our plan to make him a sultan the other day.

Waiting patiently - but barely disguising his contempt - while Julie fixes his turban.

The first chance he gets, off it comes.

No, mum, putting a beanie on top doesn't make me like it any better.  (but doesn't it show off his eyes!)

Catching some serious zzzzzzs

Another pic from Leo's sleep series.  He is having a marathon nap right now, making up for some lost zzzzzs over the weekend when he wasn't feeling 100%.  He had a good dose of sunshine today and is back on track.

I promise the next photo will show his more energetic side!

Time for some photo catch-ups.  With the pack-up in France, resettling back in Kosovo and Leo and I resuming our very busy social agenda in Pristina, there hasn't been much time to post photos.  But here are a few from the past few weeks.
